A post made recently from Flatmade Design caught my attention. It features an extremely minimalist design for a “Utilitarian Poster” that could be used for any event/advertisement one may need. It has space and labels for the basic who, what, when, where, etc. that a user could fill out on their own.

Obviously this is meant to make a point about design. It’s “100% pure communication.” There’s something severe about this type of minimalism that I love. In a world of visual pollution, simple, pure communication stands out more than aesthetics.
